- 13.14% of the total outstanding units of Coast Wholesale Appliances Income Fund. Founded in 1978, Coast is a leading independent supplier of major household appliances to developers and builders of multi-family and single family housing, and to retail customers in Western Canada.
- 14.92% of the total outstanding units of Hardwoods Distribution Income Fund. Hardwoods is one of North America's largest wholesale distributors of hardwood lumber and related sheet goods products.
- 19.91% of the total outstanding units of Tree Island Wire Income Fund. Tree Island is one of North America's largest producers of wire and fabricated wire products.
- 42.89% of the total outstanding units on Canwel Building Materials Income Fund. Canwel is Canada's premier distributor of building materials and is a manufacturer of pressure treated wood products.
